The Final Council Meeting of the year will be held on this date.  The primary business will be the adoption of the Borough's Operating Fund Budget.  Council may discuss, present, and take official action on any issue pertaining to the operations and governance of the Borough at any such advertised meeting.  Unless otherwise advertised, all meetings will take place at 7:30PM.
