Looking for a local facility at which to hold your next event? Brentwood Borough offers several spacious, clean, and affordable options. The ballroom in our municipal building seats 75 guests and is the perfect setting for an intimate gathering with friends or loved ones. Residents can also rent the community room in the Brentwood Public Library or the civic center building Brentwood Park, each of which can accommodate and 100 persons and contains a full kitchen. These spaces are an excellent choice for birthday, holiday or graduation parties. The civic center also features a public address system that can be utilized to make announcements or to entertain guests with music.
During the warmer months of the year, Borough residents can also take advantage of our outdoor facilities. The pavilions in Brentwood Park provide a quiet and pastoral setting for an assembly of up to 15 people. Additionally, citizens can schedule a wet and wild private party at the Brentwood Pool.
Interested residents can procure access to any of our community gathering areas by completing the Application for Facility Rental form below. The fee for usage of the ballroom, community room, or civic center is $50 per hour; the cost to utilize the kitchen is an additional $100. The charge for pavilion rental is $20 per hour, while pool parties can be reserved for a $200 flat fee. Please note that alcoholic beverages are not permitted on Borough property at any time.
